My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were extremely comfortable and colorful, but the design with the toilet and shower facing the front door was a bit odd. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, and they even had complimentary beer, snacks, and the makings for gin and tonic drinks. The service was absolutely exceptional, and the hotel is conveniently located near vibrant neighborhoods but away from the tourist crowds. The location is perfect, near the best cafes and bars, and the dining experience was consistent with great options. However, I found it a bit pricey to be charged for small items like swim caps. Overall, a great value for a fantastic experience.

The hotel offers spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with Claus Porto toiletries, a relaxing back massage at the spa, delightful dinner in the restaurant, and superb cocktails in the rooftop bar. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay truly wonderful. The location is perfect, situated in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants of Barrio Alto. The dining experience was outstanding with a full buffet, made-to-order hot options, and delightful surprises in the room. Definitely worth the value, with the only downside being the slightly higher prices compared to the city's average.
